About Angela

Welcome to Mothering With Grace, my little piece of the online world. I’m Angela the happy wife to Steven and the blessed mother to Zoe, Zackariah, Olivia, and Madelyn. Our many adventures take place here in the Lone Star State. We are Christ followers who love the Lord with all our heart and make no apologies for it.

I started Mothering With Grace as a way to journal and chronicle our lives as well as share my thoughts about all things homemaking. I am a modern girl with a love for old fashioned ideas and living. I daily work at trying to figure out the role God has designed for me as wife and mother and constantly live on grace with each of these areas.

If you hang out long enough {and I hope you do} you will catch me sharing my heart on various things like family life, homeschooling, parenting, frugal living, crafting and cooking to name a few.

This blog is for those who need to see a super mom in action-ha! I’m kidding. It’s for those who need a laugh every now and then, those who need to know that their children are normal.- Or not, and that’s ok too. Those that want a few good recipes, looking for a few good teaching tips, in need of a great craft project, but most importantly it’s for those that need to see someone real. I don’t pretend to be perfect, or happy all the time, my life is sometimes messy but my joy does come from the Lord, I am all that I am because of Him.

I hope you will stick around and join me on this ride and that I can be of some kind of encouragement to you along the way.

  1. I’m very happy for you and Steven and the kids! How exciting! I really like your blog, I’ve never been on it before, I usually don’t spend too much time at night on the computer, but since I have a few minutes alone I thought I would check it out! I like the resources you have put on here, also. I’m reading a really good book, maybe you’ve read it already, it’s called “Lies Women Believe & the Truth that Sets Them Free” by Nancy Leigh DeMoss. I think every woman should read it! Anyway, just wanted to say “Congratulations!” And I’m glad that Steven is up for the challenge again!
