Weighing in Wednesday

After the disappointing weight loss of last week, I bounced back with a surprising loss of 3.6 Lbs this week. Yay!!! I haven’t been too good about writing everything down this week, mostly because I have eaten out or at friends a few times but I know that writing down the foods I eat has been a huge help in losing this baby weight. It is amazing the things I can stick in my mouth throughout the day without even thinking about it. Writing everything down really makes me have to think about it and question my choices.

  1. are you drinking all the water you can? to help fill the stomach so you dont eat much? or eating healthier?
